With over three decades of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation experience, Wing represents clients in federal and state courts nationwide across patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, and unfair competition disputes. His practice spans affirmative brand enforcement, defense, and dispute resolution for a diverse roster of clients, including multinational corporations, generic pharmaceutical manufacturers, and high-growth e-commerce brands.
Combining formal legal training with an academic and laboratory research background in molecular biology and chemistry, Wing excels at demystifying complex technical disciplines for judges and juries. His substantive sector experience includes Hatch-Waxman/ANDA pharmaceutical disputes, medical devices, software operating systems, consumer products, and luxury goods.
