Sarah has over 15 years of experience in intellectual property law. Her practice focuses on IP property protection, enforcement, and transactions. She counsels clients on all aspects of global brand protection and enforcement, licensing and other intellectual property agreements, and she negotiates license agreements for various transactional matters. Sarah works with an extensive network of counsel outside of the U.S. on international intellectual property matters. Sarah also assists clients with disputes related to intellectual property, drafting policies and guidelines relating to use and protection of intellectual property assets and settlement agreements related infringement issues. She also handles domain name acquisitions and disputes under the UDRP. In addition, Sarah has litigated trademark cases in federal court and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Sarah has worked with start-ups and international companies in various industries to develop and maintain intellectual property portfolios.
